Theme: Applying Theory to Real Client Challenges

Description:

The Theory-to-Practice Circle is a practitioner roundtable focused on translating career development theories into real client conversations. Participants discuss client scenarios (non-identifying), explore approaches, and share insights on how theories support decision-making and interventions.

This Circle is ideal for CDPs who want to deepen their thinking, hear new perspectives, and reflect on practical strategies.

Who is this Circle for?

  • CDPs with any level of experience

  • Practitioners who enjoy case discussions

  • Those wanting to strengthen theory-to-practice skills

  • Supervisors, mentors, or team leads

  • Case-based conversation (non-identifying)
