Theme: Starting the Year Strong — Confidence & Clarity for New CDPs

Description:
The New Career Practitioners Circle is a supportive, conversation-based space for CDPs in their first 1–3 years of practice. This Circle is designed to help new practitioners start the year with confidence, clarity, and connection.

There are no slides and no formal presentation — just a guided conversation where you can ask questions, share experiences, and hear from peers who understand your journey.

Who is this Circle for?

  • New Career Development Practitioners

  • Students or recent graduates

  • Practitioners transitioning from other sectors

  • Anyone who feels “new” in their CDP role

What to expect:

  • 60-minute peer conversation

  • Supportive space

  • Guided by volunteer WCCDA members

  • Free for WCCDA Members
